Visited the farm on the way back to Perth. Peter kindly showed us around and my son had fun feeding the baby trouts and looking at the marrons. Bought some marrons and a smoked trout home, ended up with a delightful Christmas lunch. :)

I cant speak highly enough about them - it was such an amazing experience dealing with Peter. He's very kind, patient and knowledgeable of what he does. Great bloke, high quality Marron and whole, smoked Rainbow trout.The public can visit the farm to buy, but PLEASE call in advance, and bring cash because EFT payment was not available.Marron purchased were alive and healthy. Packaged for long distance transport and instructions to keep the Marron fresh for the trip to Perth. Kept well and was very fresh and tasty when cooked 2 days later.Smoked rainbow trout was sold to us vacuum packed and was very tasty and had a fresh texture. The biggest challenge was flaking the meat and removing the bones prior to eating.
